The Carnarvon Medical Centre, in Carnarvon Road, will be relocating to purpose-built premises within the North Road Primary Care Centre, in North Road, on 9th July 2018.
It will be known as the Carnarvon Road Surgery following the move to North Road, located less than a quarter of a mile (or a ten minute walk) away from the existing Carnarvon Road site.
Dr Khan, GP at Carnarvon Medical Centre, said:
“This exciting opportunity to relocate to spacious and more modern premises will enable us to provide a better environment for our patients and a better working environment for GPs, nurses and medical centre staff.”
“Letters have been sent to all registered patients to notify them that we will be relocating to new premises and to assure them that they will remain a registered patient of the Carnarvon Medical Centre following the relocation to North Road.”
Patients will be seen from the new premises, located on the first floor of the North Road Primary Care Centre, 183-195 North Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, from 9th July 2018. This is just a short distance from the current Carnarvon Road premises (a ten minute walk).
Carnarvon Road Medical Centre’s hours, telephone numbers and surgery times will remain unchanged.
Patients will be kept updated via updates posted to the Medical Centre website at
www.carnarvon-medical-centre.co.uk and by making paper updates available at the Medical Centre.
